The Office of the Secretariat comprises the Section of Administration Affairs, Public Relations Office, Internal Audit Unit, Office of Institutional Research, and Office of Strategic Development (including the Drone Industry and Training Development Center, International Esports Industry Center, and Asia-Pacific Animal Care Center). The Office is responsible for university planning, administrative management, public relations and marketing, internal auditing, institutional research, and strategic development. It supports the President and Vice Presidents in advancing the University’s affairs while coordinating administrative functions across all units to enhance institutional effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Guided by the principles of service, coordination, and innovation, the Office of the Secretariat is committed to promoting the University’s sustainable development. Through university-level governance and coordination, it fosters institutional consensus, continuously improves administrative processes, and strengthens institutional research and data analytics to support evidence-based decision-making and strategic planning. The Office also integrates interdisciplinary resources to advance the development of the University’s distinctive initiatives and strengthen engagement with society.
