Introduction

The Secretariat Office houses the Section of Administration Affairs，the Planning and Public Relations Office and the Internal Audit Unit. The Office handles all planning for the university, public relations and marketing, administrative management, audit, and other related tasks business. We support the President with administrative management, and coordination between all university departments and offices.

The Secretariat Office is responsible for the strategic vision for Hungkuang University. To inform our strategic planning process, we actively consult with all stakeholders, departments and offices to build consensus. As a leading technical university, we strive to promote higher education for everyone. One of our goals is to enhance the competitiveness of the school through continuous improvement. The Office is also committed to streamlining our administrative processes and to build effective relationships with the media.
