Introduction

The Secretariat Office comprises the Section of Administrative Affairs, the Section of Public Relations, and the Internal Audit Unit. The Office is responsible for university planning, public relations and marketing, administrative management, auditing, and other related tasks. We support the President by overseeing administrative operations and facilitating coordination among all university departments and offices.

 

The Secretariat Office plays a key role in shaping the strategic vision of Hungkuang University. To guide our strategic planning process, we actively consult with stakeholders, departments, and offices to build consensus. As a leading technical university, we are committed to promoting accessible higher education for all. One of our primary goals is to enhance the university’s competitiveness through continuous improvement. The Office is also dedicated to streamlining administrative processes and fostering effective relationships with the media.
