To integrate the University’s distinctive development resources, strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration, and enhance industry–academia engagement, the Secretariat established the Office of Strategic Development in the 2026 academic year. The Office oversees the planning, operation, and strategic development of three signature centers—the Drone Industry and Training Development Center, the International Esports Industry Center, and the Asia-Pacific Animal Care Center—serving as a key platform for advancing the University’s strategic and distinctive development.
Guided by the core principles of resource integration, interdisciplinary innovation, industry collaboration, and international engagement, the Office promotes cross-unit collaboration by integrating the University’s strengths in teaching, research, industry–academia cooperation, and talent cultivation. It actively advances the development of the three signature centers while strengthening partnerships with government agencies, industry, and domestic and international institutions. Through these efforts, the Office cultivates professionals who meet evolving industry needs, enhances the University’s distinctive identity, expands its social impact and international visibility, and furthers its commitment to university social responsibility and sustainable development.
